We will build a formal network of partners who will invest in its deals alongside us.

Potentially, for every £1 invested on the LMS balance sheet, we will aim to source at least as much again through co-investment.

Co-Investment is good for both LMS and its partners:

• LMS Co-Invest Co
• It allows LMS to access larger deals and more deals
• It allows Co-Invest Partners to participate in fully diligence propositions where LMS Capital is looking to put in its own capital – not just pitching as an advisor or issuer
